For Beginning Yoga Students or students new to the studio, we offer a 45 minute to an hour comprehensive consultation in which we conduct a health history review, postural analysis and provide technique and tools on fundamental elements of yoga to support and enhance your practice. Your qualified teacher can guide you into the appropriate class option for you, or toward a personalised therapeutic yoga plan that addresses your specific needs.
There is a general vinyasa flow to each MYH class, combining breath with movement, however mindfulness and alignment are key factors for all classes in order to constantly develop student' practice and to support the students' safety. Our classes are small and intimate. This will provide you with a true relationship with your teacher who will be able to support you confidently within a group practice.
